Thermal Pads
Material Introduction
Thermal conductive pads are elastic pads made with resin as a carrier and added thermally conductive fillers. Due to their low hardness and good elasticity, they can be used to cover uneven or irregular device surfaces, compensate for design tolerances, and fully fill the air gaps between heat-generating devices and heat sinks or metal casings, allowing heat to be effectively transferred to the heat dissipation structure, thereby improving device operating efficiency and lifespan.
This series of thermal conductive pads has good surface wettability and flexibility, while maintaining good compressibility. All thermal conductive pads are self-adhesive and require no backing adhesive. For other applications, single-sided non-adhesive or single-sided adhesive products are available for easier handling.
Thermal conductivity from 1.0 W/m-K to 9.0 W/m-K, thickness from 0.5 mm to 10 mm
