Technical Introduction
S-80 is made from high-purity sulfur powder mixed with a rubber carrier and dispersant. It has excellent dispersibility and can be quickly mixed with rubber compounds. Ordinary sulfur is prone to uneven distribution due to its easy solubility and poor dispersibility, leading to localized sulfur excess. S-80 avoids this problem. Especially in soft rubber products, S-80 can easily achieve a uniform distribution, for example, this difference is clearly visible in NBR formulations.
S-80 features high dispersibility, easy addition, shortened mixing time, and reduced scorching tendency.
S-80 is non-toxic and non-polluting, with the characteristics of being non-dusting and easily dispersed. It is suitable for automatic weighing, ensuring accurate weighing.
Application Areas:
Suitable for tires and general rubber products, such as conveyor belts, hoses, and footwear.
