The mechanical pump dosing system are designed to the standard of API 610.The closed and semi-open impellers under this series adopt the balance axial force with balance hole plus wearing ring,while open impellers adopt the balanced axial force with back vane.
The pump casings of discharge diameter above 80mm are designed into double volute balanced radial force to guarantee the service life of bearing and deflection at shaft seal.According to different working conditions, bearings may be cylindrical roller and angular contact ball bearing or cylindrical roller and tapered roller bearing to greatlly improve the service of bearings.

working principle
The water flow goes through the water motor. This generates a circular rotor motion, transferred to the dosing pump over the direct drive coupling. The concentrate is pumped into the water motor outlet, where dosing occurs.
Mobile dosing system is used by fire and rescue sevices as a handy complement to fixed concentrate proportioning systems. Equipped as standard with an Automatic air relief valve to speed up the suction from the pump. Smaller sizes are carried by using the handle, larger sizes are placed on a wheeled frame or trailer to ensure easy movement.

Mainly used in refineries, petrochemical, cryogenic engineering ,coal mining, chemical fiber, ordinary industrial process, power plants, large and medium-sized heating and air-conditioning equipment, environmental protection equipment, maritime industrial and desalting plants etc. Used to handle various type of liquid, clean or containing a few particles, low or high temperature, neutral or corrosive.
