  • The key lies in heat resistance and dynamic balancing precision. Turbos operate at extreme speeds (over 200,000 RPM) and scorching temperatures.   • "Turbo lag" is the slight delay between pressing the accelerator and feeling the power surge. To minimize this, our turbos feature aerodynamically optimized designs and lightweight billet compressor wheels. This ensures faster spool-up times, providing end-users with a smoother, more responsive driving experience.

 

What is the most common cause of turbo failure, and how can it be prevented?

  • Over 80% of turbo failures are not due to manufacturing defects, but rather "oil starvation/contamination" or "foreign object damage (FOD)." The turbo's rotor relies entirely on engine oil for lubrication and cooling. Therefore, we highly recommend advising your mechanics to always replace the oil and filter, and clean the intake pipes when installing a new turbo.
