Application of Thermal Insulation Jackets:
Mainly used in injections molding machines, extruder die and the die head in heaters. It also can be used for the heat insulation on pipes, bend, flange, Santong, chemical reaction kettle, thermal and nuclear turbing, gas tubines and heat exchager engine exhaust pipe.

Features:
Heater insulation, water prood, oil prood, multi-layer insulation, non self-ignite, non decay, anti-corrode, strength, flexible, environment pollution, beauty surface which can be scrubbed.

2. Its surface temperqature can be down to 40ºC which wo not be hurt if touching.

4. Installation easily. First, installing the heater in the machine, then cover the heater with the insulation jacket. Please notes aligning the teminal field(shuch as junction box, wiring terminal) and the thermocouple hole, and then fasten with buckles. It won't change the circuit.

6. The high energy saving rate at 20%-45% short the cost recovery period greatly. The cost can be recovered in 4-5 months under normal condition. And the higher of the energy saving rate, the shorter of the cost recoverey period.
7. Long working life. It can prevent heater from frequent heating and preserve the aging of stiffening rings, cylinders and screws efficiently, which increase the working life of whole machine.
