Our steel fire eixt doors are tested in accordance with UL10 (b), UL10 (c), NFPA252, CAN / ULC S104;
We got the UL certificate for doors and frames. The fire rating of our doors divides into 30/60/90/120mins.
Product
General purpose steel fire exit doors for standard security fire exit applications, custom made to suit existing structural openings, all doors are designed on a CAD / CAM system and manufactured with CNC punching and pressing facilities to guarantee quality and long product life.
Door Leaves
Manufactured from 1.0mm Zintec steel, double skinned and tray formed to create a 45mm thick door leaves, Internally the door leaves are filled with a dufaylite / honeycomb core or an insulated mineral wool core. Door leaves are fitted with an external security anti jemmy lip to the lock side and integral security dog bolts to the hinged side.
Single Fire Exit Door: 1300mm Wide x 2500mm High
Double Fire Exit Door: 2500mm Wide x 2500mm High
For sizes larger than the above, side and over panels can be used to achieve the required structural opening size.
Door Frames
Manufactured from 1.2mm Zintec steel, formed to create a single rebate profile frame (double rebate option available on request), reinforced and fitted with adjustable wind out fixing points, we also offer an expanding channel frame which can aid fitting into uneven openings.
