30 Minutes Fire Retardant Door
Product Description
Pipeline fire door refers to the door installed in the shaft of the building. Generally, it is a Grade C fire door, which is made of wood or steel. Pipeline wells are the strong and weak electric wells inside the building. They are one of the key parts of fire safety. The strong and weak electric wells are also called strong and weak electric rooms. The safety of them is directly related to the use of electricity, water and communication of the whole building. Therefore, the doors for pipeline wells must be fire doors and whose fire rating should not be less than 0.5 hour. In practice, most of them are wooden fire doors, and few of them adopt Grade C. Fire doors for pipe wells must be opened outwards and the door frame usually has a squat and a pipe fire lock.
Grade C strong and weak electric well fire doors are mainly single fire doors, most of them are wooden and some are steel. It can prevent fire from spreading for a certain time. The cost of construction is relatively low.

All of Zhongwo FD30 steel fire doors are class A fire doors and are certified according to BS476-22:1987. We can provide you with relevant testing report and certificates in order to verify the door’s fire integrity and insulation. Generally our FD30 steel fire doors sets consist of door frame and door leaf. We can also provide individually the door frame or door leaf.
Product Features
1. It’s 0.5 hour that the fire resistance of Grade C fire doors.
2. Unlike Grade A and Grade B fire doors, pipe well fire doors adopt pipe locks, no handles, usually are equipped with universal keys;
3. They are not equipped with fire door closer;
4. The electric fire door frame has a door sill, which is firmer and not easy to be deformed.
5. There are many colors for option, however, generally the color is light gray.

Main Points of Installation FD30 Fire Doors
Firstly the fire doors must be opened outwards, in the direction of corridors and evacuation passages. There are two kinds of installation type for pipe shaft door, that are installation on ground directly and raised one (with low wall and opening hole on the wall). Excluding floor tile and other factors, measure the size of the wall opening and install the doors. According to whether there are other obstacles on the left and right sides of the door, such as fire hydrant box, elevator door, column and other factors to choose the opening direction of the door, that is, opening left and right .
