Vertical Flammability Tester For Textile Fire Test ASTM D6413

Textile vertical flammability tester is designed in accordance with ASTM D 6413 and CPAI-84 to test the vertical fire resistance of textiles.

Main Features:

1. The box is painted with a transparent observation window, and the top is equipped with a steady air cover.
2. Combustion box inner dimension: long 330mm x wide 330mm x high 762mm.
3. Electronic automatic ignition; ignition time can be set.
4. Ignition time 0～99.9 seconds, an arbitrary setting.Automatic recording of continuous ignition time and flame-retardant time.
5. The height of the flame can be adjusted.
6. "Push and pull"  fixing device.
7. The burner is fixed on a sliding track, convenient to operate, and when it is pushed to the burning position, the timing of the burner is automatically timed.
8. The imported needle valve controls the gas flow accurately and adjusts the height of the flame.
9. A variety of sample holders is available for selection according to the different test samples.
10. Imported pressure gauge and pressure regulating valve to regulate gas pressure.
11. Imported Bunsen Burner, inner diameter of lamp tube 10mm.
12. Equipped with a flame tongue which height is 19mm, 38mm.
