FAA Multifunctional Combustion Test Chamber (FI - Horizontal, Vertical, 45°, 60°)

Summary:

The FAA multi-functional combustion test chamber can simultaneously meet the FAA's combustion tests for insulated wires at vertical, horizontal, 45-degree, and 60-degree angles, and can also quickly switch between different tests for user convenience. This test chamber not only meets the FAA combustion test standards, but also meets the domestic civil aircraft combustion test standards, such as HB5469 and HB5470.

Working Principle: An automatic ignition device ignites the Bunsen burner in the combustion chamber. After the machine is set to ignite for a specific time, the flame impacts the sample held in the sample holder, thereby determining whether the material burns and the distance of damage after combustion.

Main Structure: Includes the combustion test chamber main unit, gas control device, electrical control device, burner, horizontal combustion sample kit, vertical combustion sample kit, 45-degree combustion test kit, 60-degree combustion test kit, test weights, and temperature calibration unit.

1. Stainless steel inner liner with electrostatic powder coating on the outer wall;

2. Large heat-resistant glass observation window for easy experimental observation;

3. FAA multi-functional combustion test chamber includes gas pressure and flow regulation devices;

4. Bunsen burner mounted on a sliding rail for easy operation;

5. Electric spark ignition for easy user ignition;

6. Stainless steel sample holder and a counterweight for 60-degree combustion;

7. Flame height measuring tool for accurate flame height measurement;

8. The sample positioning tool ensures the correct distance between the sample and the burner.
