Glow Wire Tester Production introduction:
The glow wire tester is developed strictly in accordance with the technical specifications of the "glow wire test method" in IEC60695-2-10, GB/T5169.10, GB/T5169.13 and GB4706.1 standards. It is specially used to evaluate the fire resistance of electrical and electronic equipment, household appliances and their materials, and accurately simulate the thermal shock effect caused by heat sources such as overheating components or faulty resistors under short-term abnormal conditions.
The equipment adopts an integrated design, which organically combines the test chamber with the intelligent control system, greatly improving the convenience of installation and debugging efficiency. The main structure is made of high-quality stainless steel, which has excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance and smoke erosion resistance. Equipped with high-definition digital display instruments, it can monitor and record key parameters in real time

Glow Wire Tester Technical Parameters:
1. Temperature range: 500 ~ 1000 ºC, digital display adjustable.
2. Temperature error: ± 10 ºC (500 ~ 750 ºC); ± 15 ºC (750 ~ 1000 ºC), temperature measuring instruments Accuracy ± 0.5 magnitude.
