Product introduction:
The 45-degree flammability tester is used to determine the flammability of textiles for clothing. It measures the intensity and speed of burning of flammable textiles once ignited when worn. It can also test the damaged area and damaged length of textile fabrics at 45° and the number of times they are exposed to flames when heated and melted to a specified length.

Test principle:
Burning intensity and speed test
Under specified conditions, place the sample at a 45° angle, ignite the sample for 1 second, and use the time required for the sample to burn a certain distance upward with flame as a measure to assess the burning intensity of the textile. For fabrics with raised surfaces, the ignition or melting of the base fabric is used as an additional indicator of burning intensity.
