Product Introduction:
Radiant panel flame spread tester is used to test the flammability of building surface materials (ASTM E162) and foam plastics (ASTM D3675) by using gas thermal radiant panel. The flame spread index (IS) is determined by factors such as flame spread and heat dissipation. It is a necessary parameter in many industry standards, especially for public transportation (trains and buses). Data collection and analysis are automatically completed by software.

Product features:
l The frame structure is made of stainless steel material; Beautiful and corrosion-resistant; The reflector plate is composed of a cast iron frame, with a surface size of 305X457mm. It is made of porous fireproof material and operates at a temperature of 815 ℃;
l The filter is equipped with a fan that can supply air to the reflector plate;
l The device includes a igniter, electronic ignition, and automatic flameout safety monitoring device;
l Stainless steel sample holder with observation points set every 3 inches to observe the progress of flame front;
l Pyrometer, measuring the surface temperature of the radiation plate, including the bracket; The temperature reaches 815 ℃;
l Stainless steel sample holder and ignition nozzle device;
l Airflow meter, gas control valve, controlling the mixing of gas sent to the radiation plate;
l Stainless steel exhaust pipe with detachable part for easy cleaning of thermocouples. The exhaust pipe is equipped with 8 thermocouples according to the standard;
l Calibrate the burner with 1.8mm holes at 16 different angles and along the centerline;
l To control the surface temperature of the reflector, a blackbody temperature of 180 ℃~230 ℃ needs to be set, accurate to ± 5 ℃, suitable for observing the surface temperature of the reflector with a surface radius of 250mm from a distance of 2M;
l Temperature measurement stack with insulated thermocouple;
l Imported heat flux meter (circular foil type) to test the thermal radiation status of the radiation plate (0-100kW/m2);
l The DAQ system can achieve automatic control and measurement;
l Gas safety control and circuit cut-off device;
