It adopts high-sphericity and uniformly sized microspheres with smooth surface, ensuring excellent subcutaneous dispersion and integration without lump formation or granuloma risk. The dual-system formula combines immediate gel filling support and continuous microsphere regeneration, achieving stable volume maintenance without sudden shrinkage. It effectively stimulates synchronous regeneration of type I and type III collagen, significantly tightening loose skin and improving skin elasticity. Technical Principle: PCL is a synthetic aliphatic polyester polymer with stable long-chain molecular structure and excellent biological inertness. After subcutaneous injection, the CMC gel carrier provides immediate soft volume filling to quickly repair facial depressions and wrinkles. The evenly distributed PCL microspheres stably reside in deep dermal tissue, forming a three-dimensional bionic scaffold. Relying on slow, uniform and mild ester bond hydrolysis in physiological environment, PCL degrades steadily without rapid local metabolism or acid accumulation. During the long degradation cycle, it continuously activates fibroblast activity, induces ordered collagen hyperplasia and tissue remodeling. Production Process: Medical-grade PCL adopts high-precision microsphere polymerization and multi-stage sterile purification technology, fully produced in Class 100 dust-free constant-temperature sterile medical workshop. High-purity caprolactone monomers are selected and subjected to multi-stage refining, dehumidification and impurity removal to eliminate invalid components and residual toxins. Precise controllable polymerization and microsphere molding are carried out to form regular spherical PCL particles with uniform particle size and high sphericity. Multiple devolatilization, catalyst removal and ultrafiltration purification processes are applied to reduce endotoxin and residual monomers to ultra-low levels.
