The SMC KQG2H Series comprises stainless steel 316 (SUS316) one-touch fittings that are specifically engineered to cater to applications necessitating high corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and high temperature tolerance.
These sophisticated fittings embody a push-to-connect design, with metal components crafted from SUS316 stainless steel and seal parts fashioned from special FKM material. Notably, they are devoid of grease and are apt for deployment with steam.
In contrast with the preceding KQG series, the KQG2H Series demonstrates a significant advancement. It is markedly more compact, boasting a reduction in volume by 30% and a decrease in weight by 62%. Furthermore, it is available in both metric and inch sizes, enhancing its versatility and applicability.
Premium Material: Metal parts made of SUS316 stainless steel, providing better corrosion and pitting resistance than 304 stainless steel, especially in chloride environments.
Compact & Lightweight: 30% smaller volume and 62% weight reduction compared to the traditional KQG series, ideal for space-constrained applications.
High Temperature Resistance: Fluid temperature range from -5°C to +150°C.
Wide Compatibility: Applicable to various tubing materials including FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, polyolefin, etc.
Multi-Fluid Application: Suitable for air, water, steam, and other fluids.
Safe & Reliable: Operating pressure range -100kPa to 1MPa, with a proof pressure of 3.0MPa.
