These units are essential for efficiently removing moisture, oil mist, and particulate contaminants from the compressed air, stabilizing output pressure, and providing lubrication protection for pneumatic components.
Featuring a modular design, the Excelon units can be used individually or combined with other components for versatile adaptability in various applications. They are manufactured primarily in Mexico and Germany and conform to ISO standard thread ports like ISO Rc Taper and ISO-G Parallel.
The IMI Norgren Excelon units have an operating pressure range of 0.3 to 17 bar. Filter elements are available in various grades ranging from 0.01μm for oil removal to 40μm for general-purpose use, making them suitable for extreme temperature environments (-40°C to +80°C).
