Series KQG2 is a one touch fitting made of all stainless steel SUS316, except seal parts. The Series is suitable for use with steam and is grease-free. Applicable tubing includes FEP, PFA, nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin. The KQG2 Series is available in both metric and inch sizes. The KQG2 is more compact and lightweight and offers more configuration variations and tube sizes than the KQG Series.
Aseptic fluid delivery: The oil-free design with FKM sealing that meets FDA standards is commonly used for filling lines, CIP (in-situ cleaning) steam pipelines (e.g., model KQG2L16-04S connected to steam disinfection systems).
High temperature disinfection: This product is resistant to steam at 150 ℃, making it suitable for applications in fermentation tanks and sterilization equipment pipelines.
Corrosive medium transmission: The use of SUS316 material provides resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, perfect for chemical agent transportation pipelines (e.g., sulfuric acid and chlor alkali processes).
Steam power system: Features such as the straight-through structure (e.g., KQG2L12-00) optimize the connection of steam pipelines, reducing the risk of leakage.
Dust removal system: This system connects pulse valve and air bag, suitable for high-temperature dust environments in cement plant kiln tails and steel plant sintering machines (e.g., matching DMF-Y submerged valve).
Wastewater treatment aeration: The acid-resistant medium design is ideal for quick connection of pneumatic pipelines (e.g., aeration tank control valves).
Precision equipment integration: The compact structure (e.g., KQG2L23-M5) is designed for mechanical arm fixtures, sensor air path connections, and enhances space utilization.
Vacuum system: Capable of supporting a -100kPa vacuum environment, this system is used for suction cup control in semiconductor manufacturing.
