The UNID UW series solenoid valve is designed with a pilot diaphragm-driven mechanism and is a normally closed type. This means the valve remains closed when de-energized and opens upon receiving electrical power. The valve bodies are constructed from different materials depending on their size. For sizes ranging from 3/8 inch to 1 inch, forged brass is used, while cast bronze is employed for larger sizes between 1¼ inch and 2 inches. Both materials are chosen for their excellent resistance to corrosion, ensuring a durable and long-lasting product.

Regarding seals, the standard option is NBR, which can withstand temperatures up to 80°C. For requirements involving higher fluid temperatures, optional seals made of Viton or Silicon are available, capable of handling temperatures up to 130°C. The valves feature standard threaded connections such as BSPT, NPT, and BSP to comply with international piping standards.

The coils come in standard voltages of 110VAC, 220VAC, and 24VDC. Additionally, custom voltages can be provided upon request to suit specific project requirements.
