Each diaphragm is precisely molded with exact dimensions and includes integral studs where necessary, facilitating straightforward installation and a secure fit onto the pump shaft. These diaphragms serve as direct replacements for ARO and Ingersoll Rand pumps, including the BQG series models such as BQG450/0.2. They are also compatible with standard pump sizes ranging from 1/2" to 3" (including 1", 1.5", 2", and 3").

Santoprene™ (beige or black) offers excellent flex fatigue resistance, strong chemical compatibility, and performs well over a wide temperature range. NBR (black) is resistant to oil and fuels and provides good abrasion resistance. For applications requiring superior chemical resistance and flexibility, F46 (white), a fluoropolymer, is an ideal choice. Additionally, PTFE (white, imported) provides maximum chemical inertness and is FDA-compliant, making it perfect for aggressive acids and high-purity applications.
Each diaphragm features a precision-molded outer sealing lip that ensures leak-free operation. They also come with either an integral stud or center hole to provide a secure connection to the piston or shaft; however, compatibility depends on the specific pump model. The materials are color-coded for easy visual identification: beige indicates Santoprene, black represents NBR, and white corresponds to either F46 or PTFE.
