They are available for bore sizes ranging from 25mm to 63mm. Each kit includes all the necessary sealing components required for a full cylinder rebuild, such as a piston seal, rod seal, and bumper.

The seals in these kits are made from premium quality NBR (nitrile rubber) for both the piston and rod seals, while the bumper is crafted from durable urethane. This material combination ensures exceptional resistance to wear, compression set, and the common pneumatic media they encounter during operation. The MU series plate cylinders feature a unique oval piston design, which inherently prevents rotation without the need for a rod with flats, thereby enhancing both bearing and seal longevity.
