The pulse valve functions as the essential “switch” for compressed air within a pulse-jet baghouse dust collector. It operates through electrical signals from the pulse controller, which cause it to open and close instantaneously. When activated, the valve releases bursts of high-pressure air from the air manifold into the filter bags. This rapid air pulse causes the bags to expand and vibrate, effectively dislodging the accumulated dust.
BFEC offers several main series of pulse valves to meet different application needs:
Technical Specifications: The working pressure ranges from 0.1 to 0.86 MPa, with a recommended operational range of 0.3 to 0.6 MPa. The device uses clean, dry compressed air as the medium for operation. It offers multiple voltage options including DC 24V, AC 36V, AC 110V, and AC 220V. The product is rated with an IP65 protection level, suitable for various environments, and functions reliably in relative humidity conditions up to 85%.
Optional Configurations: For enhanced safety in hazardous areas, an explosion-proof coil can be selected. Additionally, a square rubber gasket is available as an optional accessory to improve sealing and durability.
Advanced Processing Techniques: The threads are extruded to be three to four times stronger than standard threads, providing resistance to stripping even after multiple maintenance cycles. The surfaces undergo vibration polishing and anti-corrosion treatment to enhance longevity. Furthermore, automatic lathe machining is employed to maintain consistent quality across all units.
