The valve can function effectively within a wide ambient temperature range of -20℃ to +85℃. The medium air temperature it can handle ranges from -40℃ up to +85℃, with an optional FKM fluororubber diaphragm enabling performance at temperatures up to 120℃.
For colder environments, a custom low-temperature version is available that can operate down to -40℃.
The valve body is made from die-cast aluminum alloy, providing a lightweight and corrosion-resistant structure. The standard diaphragm material is TPE thermoplastic elastomer, with an option for FKM fluororubber to enhance high-temperature resistance.
Internal components such as springs and armature are constructed from 304 stainless steel. The coil housing is epoxy encapsulated with Class F insulation, offering IP65 level dustproof and waterproof protection. Standard seals are made of NBR, with an upgrade to FKM seals available for environments exposed to high temperatures and oil contamination.
Standard coil voltages include DC 24V and AC 220V at 50Hz. Optional voltages available are AC 24V, 110V, and 230V. The power consumption ranges between 8.1W and 10.1W, highlighting its energy-efficient operation.
The coils have a Class F insulation rating. Explosion-proof NFG models are compatible with the WSNF explosion-proof solenoid head and provide an IP67 rating for enhanced protection.
This valve features a springless integrated diaphragm, enabling millions of service cycles and delivering an ultra-long service life. Its high-energy pulse injection significantly improves cleaning efficiency while reducing compressed air consumption by approximately 15%.
