The piston rod is constructed from high carbon steel and is treated with hard chrome plating, enhancing its wear resistance. Both end caps are crafted from hard anodized aluminum alloy, combining durability with lightweight properties.

The piston utilizes high-strength engineering plastic equipped with a wear-resistant sliding ring for long-lasting performance. The sealing parts consist of NBR nitrile rubber composite seals along with a PU dust wiper, specifically designed to prevent dust intrusion, making it ideal for cement workshop environments. Additionally, the guide bushing is a self-lubricating copper alloy bushing which offers low friction during operation.
