The DAMT-V1 series represents the original Festo middle trunnion mounting assembly, specifically engineered for ISO15552 standard cylinders, which were formerly known as ISO6431 and VDMA24562. This assembly is compatible with DSBC and DNC series ISO standard cylinders and supports a range of cylinder bore sizes including 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, and 125mm. The product model is designated as DAMT-V1-XX-A, where "XX" indicates the cylinder bore size.

Constructed using a galvanized steel flange and clamping piece, the DAMT-V1 features a high-alloy stainless steel pivot shaft alongside galvanized steel screws. It utilizes CRC1 grade materials offering low corrosion resistance while remaining copper-free. This design complies with LABS/PWIS and RoHS standards, making it especially suitable for environments such as lithium battery production workshops.

The assembly can operate efficiently across a wide ambient temperature range from -40℃ to 150℃. It boasts a high mechanical load-bearing capacity and allows for middle pivot swing installation of pneumatic cylinders.
