Product Description:

The DAMT-V1 series is the original Festo middle trunnion mounting assembly, specifically designed for ISO 15552 standard cylinders (formerly ISO 6431, VDMA 24562). It is compatible with DSBC and DNC series ISO standard cylinders, accommodating bore sizes of 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, and 125mm. The model is designated as DAMT-V1-XX-A, where "XX" represents the cylinder bore size.

This mounting assembly is constructed from galvanized steel flange and clamping pieces, featuring a high-alloy stainless steel pivot shaft and galvanized steel screws. It utilizes CRC1 grade materials which offer low corrosion resistance and are copper-free, ensuring compliance with LABS/PWIS and RoHS standards. These properties make it suitable for use in environments such as lithium battery production workshops.

With a wide working ambient temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, the DAMT-V1 series boasts a high mechanical load bearing capacity. It enables middle pivot swing installation of pneumatic cylinders, which effectively reduces installation stress and prevents cylinder deformation during reciprocating movements. In addition, the assembly simplifies onsite mounting work by providing a complete set of fixing accessories.

The DAMT-V1 series is widely compatible with Festo DSBC and DNC standard cylinders.
