The VASB series consists of bellows-type vacuum suction cups specifically designed for dependable gripping and handling of workpieces that have uneven, curved, or inclined surfaces. In contrast to flat suction cups, the unique 1.5-fold bellows design offers built-in height compensation and stroke capability. This allows the suction cup to adapt to irregular shapes and ensures a secure seal even when the surface of the workpiece is not perfectly flat.
This product range includes seven different diameters, from 15 mm up to 125 mm, and comes with three material options tailored to various workpiece needs. NBR (nitrile rubber) is the universal material choice for general industrial applications, recognized for its excellent resistance to wear and oil. It is available in black as the standard color and blue for applications requiring visual differentiation. Silicone (SI), available in white, offers high temperature resistance and is suitable for the food industry, featuring a soft contact surface to minimize marking on delicate materials.
Each suction cup is equipped with a fixed threaded connection designed for direct mounting without the need for adapters. The thread sizes are G1/8 for 15–30 mm diameters, G1/4 for 40–100 mm, and G3/8 for the 125 mm cup. This makes them compatible with vacuum generators, grippers, and handling systems.
