The SMC AR425 to AR935 series represents a line of internally pilot-operated, relieving-type air pressure regulators tailored for demanding industrial compressed-air systems. In contrast to direct-acting regulators, the pilot-operated design utilizes the supply air itself to control the main valve. This product range includes 12 popular part numbers spread across four distinct sub-series: AR625, AR635, AR825, and AR835. The models offer port sizes ranging from Rc 3/4" up to Rc 1-1/2", catering to various installation requirements. Customers can choose between two pressure ranges to suit their needs: 0.05–0.83 MPa for the standard 25 type, and 0.02–0.2 MPa for the 35 low-pressure type. The regulator is available in two adjustable pressure ranges: 0.05 to 0.83 MPa for the standard model, and 0.02 to 0.2 MPa for the low-pressure precision type (model 35).
