The Norgren B72G and B73G series represent high-performance filter regulators within the Excelon modular air preparation system. These integrated devices combine both filtration and pressure regulation functionalities into a single, compact housing. Designed with flexibility in mind, the Excelon system allows these units to be installed either in-line or as part of a modular setup alongside other Excelon components. The B72G series is available with G1/4 and G3/8 port sizes, providing a flow rate of 38 dm³/s (80 SCFM). In contrast, the B73G series offers a wider range of port options—G1/4, G3/8, and G1/2—and supports a higher flow rate of 50 dm³/s (106 SCFM). Both models incorporate a balanced valve design, which minimizes the influence of inlet pressure fluctuations on the outlet pressure, ensuring stable and reliable regulation.

These filter regulators come equipped with sintered polypropylene filter elements available in 5 µm or 40 µm ratings, and they offer both manual and automatic drain configurations.
