The Norgren B07 and B68G series consist of integrated filter regulator units designed to combine filtration and pressure regulation within a single, compact enclosure. These units effectively eliminate liquid water and solid contaminants from compressed air lines, while ensuring accurate control of downstream pressure.
The B07 series is a range of miniature filter regulators tailored for installations where space is limited. It features a durable zinc alloy body and a transparent polycarbonate bowl that offers 360-degree visibility. Additionally, the series includes a non-rising adjustment knob equipped with snap-action locking for convenient and reliable pressure setting. The B07 units come with G1/8 and G1/4 port sizes, supporting flow rates up to 24 SCFM (11 dm³/s). Their outlet pressure can be adjusted within the ranges of 0.3 to 7 bar or 0.3 to 10 bar.
On the other hand, the B68G series belongs to the Olympian Plus plug-in system, which facilitates rapid modular installation and removal. These units are constructed with an aluminium body and a matching aluminium bowl featuring a prismatic liquid level indicator. Port sizes available include G3/4, G1, and G1-1/2. The B68G series accommodates significantly higher flow rates, up to 440 SCFM (207.7 dm³/s), with an outlet pressure adjustment range from 0.4 to 8 bar and a maximum inlet pressure rating of 17 bar.
This device combines particulate filtration and pressure regulation within a single compact unit, effectively saving valuable installation space without compromising performance.
It offers two filtration grades, featuring either 5 µm or 40 µm sintered polypropylene filter elements. These options ensure efficient removal of contaminants to protect your pneumatic systems.
Users can select between manual or automatic drain options, providing convenient methods for condensate removal based on specific application requirements.
The transparent polycarbonate bowl (B07) provides 360° visibility of condensate levels, allowing for easy and reliable monitoring. Alternatively, the aluminium bowl with a prismatic liquid level indicator lens (B68G) offers enhanced durability suited for harsh environmental conditions.
Equipped with a non-rising adjusting knob featuring a snap-action locking mechanism, the regulator prevents accidental pressure changes, ensuring stable and safe operation.

The B68G model supports a high flow capacity of up to 440 SCFM, suitable for demanding large flow applications. Maximum inlet pressures are 10 bar for the B07 and 17 bar for the B68G. Temperature ranges vary by model, with the B07 operating between -34°C and +50°C, and the B68G between -20°C and +80°C.
Full flow gauge ports are incorporated to allow pressure monitoring without restricting airflow, enhancing operational efficiency and convenience.
