The K series vibrator, which is also known as a steel ball vibrator, is a ball type vibrator. The vibrator housing is made of rust-proof aluminum and equipped with hardened steel raceways. This design allows steel balls to roll on the raceways, producing a regular vibration.
Moreover, the K series vibrator housing has special nylon end caps on both ends, which help locate steel tracks and steel balls while preventing dust and water from entering. This feature allows the K series ball vibrator to work in harsh environments such as dust and moisture.
The inlet and outlet of the ball vibrator have standard pipe threads that allow the exhaust to be led out through the pipeline, ensuring unobstructed exhaust. Additionally, the machine has four mounting holes: two horizontal and two vertical, to accommodate different installation positions.
The K series ball vibrator works by using compressed air to drive the internal steel balls (rollers) to rotate and produce a regular vibration. The magnitude and frequency of vibration force can be controlled by adjusting the pressure and flow rate of compressed air. As air pressure increases, vibration frequency and centrifugal force of the vibration also increase.
