The JAF series floating joint has been designed with a range of features to enhance functionality and reduce demand for high-precision machining. Firstly, it can absorb eccentricity and parallelism inaccuracies without the need for axis alignment. This eliminates the need for high-precision machining. Additionally, the flange type installation provides a stable connection and convenient installation, accommodating cylinders with different diameters.
Moreover, the JAF series floating joint boasts high pressure resistance performance, making it suitable for use with cylinders and hydraulic cylinders, with cylinder pressure up to 1MPa and hydraulic cylinder pressure up to 3.5MPa. The main material used in the product is resin, which has excellent chemical and heat resistance, providing excellent sealing capabilities. The floating joint also allows for a certain amount of eccentricity and swing angle, providing greater flexibility and adaptability.
The JAF series floating joint is available with connection diameters of Rc1/4 or M27X1.5, suitable for various pipe diameter requirements. It is also compatible with a range of fluids, including compressed air and water, to meet different fluid control needs. The pressure range for the floating joint is 0.05-1 MPa, making it suitable for various working pressures.
Furthermore, the JAF series floating joint can operate in a range of environments. The product can withstand an environmental temperature and fluid temperature range of -5 to 60 ℃. The maximum tensile strength of the JAF series floating joint is 28000 N², for example, the maximum tensile strength of JAF100-27-150. The allowable eccentricity and swing angle are generally ± 5 °, with a certain installation error of 12. Additionally, the dust cover material is made of synthetic rubber, providing good sealing and dust-proof performance.
