The M/D series membrane (such as M/D25 type) is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material, which has excellent fatigue resistance and wide temperature adaptability (-40 ℃~100 ℃), designed specifically for the high-frequency blowing and cleaning requirements of Autel pulse valves. The three-layer composite structure (sealing layer+polyester fiber skeleton+elastic layer) ensures fast response (≤ 30ms) and long lifespan (standard 1 million actions) in high-pressure environments.
The baghouse pulse jet system utilizes M/D series diaphragms (e.g., M/D25) as core sealing and actuating components of the pulse valves. These diaphragms control the momentary release of compressed air in the baghouse, allowing high-frequency pulses (several times per second) to clean the surface area of filter bags.
Operating procedure: electrical signal triggers the pulse valve → diaphragm opens instantaneously → compressed air is injected into the filter bags via blowpipes → filter bag expands and shakes off dust → diaphragm returns to closed position.

Powder conveying and silo arch breaking play a crucial role in clearing blockages in pneumatic conveying pipelines or breaking material bridges in silos. The use of pulse airflows helps prevent clogging and is applicable in scenarios involving coal dust, grains, plastic pellets, and more.

M/D20 TPE Diaphragm Kits For 3/4'' 1'' Dust Collector Pulse Jet Valve
The diaphragm is the most important part of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is energised, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphgram is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pulse valve is de-energised , air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the pulse valve.
