Pulse valves are the "switch" for compressed air in the dust clean blowing system of the pulse bag filter. It is used to control the release of air pulses in the cleaning cycle. When the dust collector control board starts the cleaning cycle, it sends an electrical signal to the solenoid valve, and then activates the pulse valve. Inside the pulse valve, the rubber diaphragm opens and closes to release the compressed air stored in the air header. At this time, the air enters the blowing pipe above the filter through the valve, and then enters the filter down to clean the filter bag.
Industrial Dust Removal System
Bag/Filter Cartridge Dust Collector with Pulse Cleaning: This system is utilized in applications such as cement plant kiln tail dust removal and steel plant blast furnace dust removal. Each valve is responsible for controlling 20-50 filter bags, and the membrane operates at a high frequency of at least 1 time per minute.
High Temperature/Corrosive Gas Treatment: The system is designed to handle high temperature and corrosive gases. For example, it is effective in waste incineration flue gas where the FKM film is resistant to temperatures as high as 200℃. It can also address acidic and alkaline waste gas from chemical plants by utilizing an EPDM membrane that is resistant to pH levels ranging from 3 to 11.
Special Medium Environment: The system is suitable for industries like food and pharmaceuticals, where it uses an EPDM food-grade film to prevent contamination. It can also be employed in oil-containing compressed air systems, relying on an NBR diaphragm that is oil-resistant to ensure proper sealing.
Strict Physical Conditions: In scenarios with high pressure impact, the system features a CA62T/CA76T double diaphragm structure capable of withstanding pressures up to 0.85MPa. Additionally, it is suitable for high humidity environments, such as in cement raw material grinding, where it aids in dust removal and prevents condensation.
