LIER Energy Saving Direct Cooling Ice Block Machine Automatic Ice Making System Solution for Project
Ice Block Machines are robust, easily maintained and very reliable. As a result many units are used in remote locations where the infrastructure and maintenance support by us eternal.
Ice Block Machines produce ice from fresh water in stainless steel containers which are immersed in refrigerated brine. After approximately twelve hours ice is ready for harvesting. The refrigerating systems are pre-charged with environmentally friendly refrigerant and electrically wired for connection to the power supply. All machines are tested before they leave our factory.
a modular design which makes it easy to install, ship and operate. The unit consists of 3 parts:
1. Unit with operation modular, compressor, condenser, and relative electric control system.
2. Alloy -aluminium food hygiene level as evaporator without any chemical liquid, block ice is very clean, safe, directly cooling between refrigerant and water, higher energy efficiency,
3. lifting device harvest the whole block on board , very convenient and human labour saving.
