Test box body:
Structure
Integral structure, that is, the test box, refrigeration system, heating / humidification system, air conditioning system, electrical control cabinet, and refrigeration unit as a whole. The refrigeration unit is located at the bottom of the cabinet, and the electrical control part is placed on the side of the test box, which is convenient operating.
Cabinet
a) In the air duct interlayer at one end of the working room, heating / humidifier, refrigeration evaporator, blower motor, fan blade and other devices are distributed;
b) There is one cable threading hole on the side of the test box, the size is Φ50mm; m
c) The test chamber studio is made of 1mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the cabinet shell is made of 1mm thick high-quality stainless steel.
d) The insulation material is made of polyurethane foam with a thickness of 100mm, which has a good thermal insulation effect.
e) The studio is equipped with two layers of adjustable stainless steel strip shelves;
f) The box body is equipped with condensate drain.
Gate
For single-open doors, double-line silicone rubber sealing strips are used for door sealing
Observation and lighting device
