The transmission-type all-digital metal detection machine is a new-generation intelligent metal detector based on microcomputer technology. With its high sensitivity and stable performance, it overcomes the technical hurdle that restricts most equipment to sensitive responses only to magnetic materials. Notably, it provides excellent performance in detecting moisture-rich and frozen products. The device can identify both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, making it a versatile choice for metal detection in quality-critical applications such as food, pharmaceutical, and toy industries.
Use Cases
Primarily used for: sauces, sausages, dumplings, ham, soup, sugar products, pickled foods, salted foods, fast food and other non-food industries. Features high detection sensitivity, anti-interference ability and waterproof standard for hard-working conditions. Detects mixed or lost needles, wires, or lead, copper, aluminium, tin, stainless steel and other kinds of metal in food, raw materials or products.
