Equipment Overview
The cone calorimeter serves as a core fire testing apparatus for assessing the combustion characteristics of construction materials. It computes the heat release rate by measuring oxygen consumption from flue gases generated while specimens burn. Working Principle
The equipment measures oxygen concentration in combustion flue gas stream, then calculates material heat release rate according to oxygen consumption theory.
