Testing Principle
A test sample is installed on the trolley inside the test room. A 31 kW propane burner acts as the ignition source and exposes the sample to a controlled flame. During the test, combustion products pass through the exhaust duct where sensors and analyzers collect real-time data.
The system automatically analyzes heat release rate, smoke production rate, gas concentration, temperature change, and mass loss. The final test data can be stored and exported for comprehensive evaluation.
