YYE-006 Environmental Test Chamber High Frequency Vacuum Lumber Drying Oven applies in drying, sterilizing and heat treatment of articles under relatively vacuum conditions in laboratories of industrial mining enterprises, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, and medical health units.
Seat and Back Static Load Test: Test consisting of heavy loads being applied multiple times to ensure furniture has sufficient strength under the highest levels of loading that might reasonably be expected to occur.
Seat and Back Fatigue Test: Test simulating the repeated application of loads or movement of components occurring during long-term functional use.
This test apparatus performs durability tests on chair seats and backrests by simulating loading application to the chair as in daily use. First, the seat loading pad applies specific loading to the seat surface, then the back loading pad applies to the backrest, then loading unloads to complete one test cycle. The loading movement is repeated multiple times and cycles according to different test requirements to determine the durability performance of chairs.
Loading 600N on the seat surface and 192N on the chair back, repeated motion 200,000 times at a frequency of no more than 40 times per minute.
