This Plastic Horizontal & Vertical Burning Tester is specialized flammability test equipment designed for plastic materials and plastic components. The equipment performs both horizontal and vertical burning tests using a 50W flame source, conforming to UL94 V-0, V-1, V-2, ASTM D635 and GB/T 2408 standards.
The testing chamber features a spacious 0.5m³ stainless steel construction with a toughened glass observation window for safe monitoring. It includes an ASTM D5025 standard burner with adjustable angles (45°, 90°), rotor flowmeter, precision pressure regulator, digital timer, dual sample holders, and flame measuring scale. Operating on 220V 50Hz power, this machine evaluates flame spread, burning time, melt dripping, and flammability ratings of plastic samples, making it essential for fire safety inspection of polymer materials.
