Product Brief
Micro-computer Plastic Burning or Decomposition Smoke Density Test Apparatus is professional fire hazard testing lab equipment. Its core function is measuring smoke-producing characteristics of plastics when burning or decomposing under strictly controlled conditions. It can also carry out smoke density tests for other building materials. The tester complies with ASTM D2843, DIN 4102 and GB/T 8627 standards. Based on photometric measurement principle, it captures light attenuation from smoke and calculates smoke density automatically. It is widely adopted for fire safety performance test, material R&D and product certification for plastic and building materials.
Product Advantages
Reliable optical measurement system: 15W bulb light source with 6V working voltage. Smoke density measuring range is 0~100%, measurement accuracy ±3%. Receiving lens focal length 60~65mm for stable optical signal collection.
Adjustable gas pressure control: Main burner pressure can be adjusted up to 276kpa, auxiliary combustion chamber pressure adjustable at 138kpa. Stable flame environment ensures consistent and repeatable test data.
Durable combustion chamber: Made from 1.2mm thick 304 stainless steel plate, combustion box size L300×W300×H790mm. It is high temperature resistant and anti-corrosion for long term repeated testing.
Dual control panels for easy operation. Observation window allows users to directly watch sample burning and smoke forming process in real time.
Small and lightweight machine: Overall dimension 800500500mm and weight 35kg. Easy to install and move in laboratory.
Power supply AC220V±10%, 50Hz, rated power consumption 0.5KW, low energy consumption.
