Product Overview
The Textiles and Films Flame Propagation Tester is a professional laboratory fire resistance testing instrument strictly developed and manufactured in accordance with the NFPA 701-2004 Method 2 international testing standard. This equipment is specially designed for fire safety performance detection of heavy-duty textile materials, multi-layer composite fabrics, vinyl-coated shading fabrics, plastic films and plastic curtain products.
It mainly detects the flame propagation trend, after-flame duration, combustion spread range and residual burning state of test samples after being ignited by standard flame sources, so as to judge whether the material meets the fire protection grade requirements of commercial shading, curtain and decorative textile materials. Adopting an integrated vertical test chamber structure and high-precision automatic control system, the machine features stable test state, intuitive observation and accurate data output, which is the essential testing equipment for textile factories, third-party testing institutions and material research and development laboratories to carry out flame retardant performance verification.
