Product Brief
Our Micro-computer Plastic Burning or Decomposition Smoke Density Test Apparatus is specialized laboratory equipment for smoke property testing. It can measure smoke generation characteristics of plastic samples under controlled combustion or decomposition, and it is also applicable for a wide range of building materials. This test apparatus fully meets ASTM D2843, DIN 4102 and GB/T 8627 standards. The photometric system detects light transmittance changes caused by smoke from burning samples and automatically calculates smoke density values. It is widely used for fire safety performance evaluation in material production, third-party inspection and academic research.
Product Advantages
Accurate photometric detection system: 15W bulb light source with 6V working voltage. Smoke density test range is 0~100% with ±3% measuring accuracy. Receiving lens focal length 60~65mm to secure reliable optical measurement.
Adjustable gas pressure: Main burner working pressure adjustable to 276kpa, auxiliary combustion chamber pressure adjustable at 138kpa. It maintains stable combustion environment for repeatable and comparable test results.
High-strength combustion box: Constructed with 1.2mm thick 304 stainless steel plate, dimension L300W300H790mm. It can withstand high temperature and corrosion during repeated burning tests.
Dual control panels for simple operation. Transparent viewing window enables real-time observation of sample combustion and smoke production.
Compact structure, overall size 800500500mm and weight 35kg. Occupies small lab space and easy to relocate.
