This Thermal Insulation Materials Maximum Service Temperature Test Apparatus is engineered strictly in accordance with ISO 8142:1990 Annex A, GB/T17430-1998, ASTM C411-82, and ASTM C447-85. It verifies the performance stability of insulation materials when exposed to their maximum service temperature. The apparatus supports loose packed insulation, insulation blankets, blocks, plates, and prefabricated insulating tube shells. It is widely adopted by inspection bodies as standard test equipment for thermal insulation material qualification testing. The integrated hot plate and heating tube test station completes both specimen test types without additional equipment, while all temperature acquisition, control, and data storage processes are automatically handled by the computer system.
This maximum service temperature test equipment is suitable for third-party certification and testing laboratories, national and local quality supervision institutes, construction material inspection stations, insulation material factory quality control departments, engineering supervision units, and fire insulation material certification testing.
