This fire resistance testing equipment is engineered for manufacturers of fire valves, fire hoses and plastic fire pipes. It enables factories to complete in-house fire resistance verification and quality control before product delivery. The tester simulates a standard fire flame on pressurized valve, hose and pipe samples in accordance with ISO and FTP regulations.
The entire testing process tracks both flame temperature and medium temperature, and verifies whether the sample remains watertight after burning. Rather than purchasing separate test rigs for different standards, this integrated bench covers ISO 10497, ISO 19921/19922 and FTP II Res A753 tests by swapping burners only. All test parameters are visualized on the LabVIEW operation interface, and test data is saved automatically once the test starts, eliminating manual recording errors. Test reports can be generated quickly for internal quality files or customer audits. The chamber is constructed from stainless steel to withstand frequent high-temperature burning tests in the factory quality inspection workshop, and the burner can be repositioned to match samples of different sizes and specifications.
The equipment records flame core temperature, the temperature of the water inlet end and the gasket inlet water temperature. Combined with post-fire watertight inspection, these readings allow you to judge whether your fire fittings meet the fire resistance requirement.
A 12-month warranty is provided for the main unit (consumables excluded). We offer online operation training for your QC and R&D team, fast-response technical support for breakdown troubleshooting, and a spare parts inventory for quick delivery. If you need to adjust test logic or report format for your factory audit, our R&D team supports software customization. We also guide your team in setting up internal test procedures according to the relevant fire standards.
