This spread of flame test apparatus is engineered to assess the fire reaction performance of construction and transport materials. It conducts both horizontal and vertical flame spread tests, records ignition and extinguishment times at preset intervals, automatically calculates flame spread rate, and collects key thermal data including ignition heat, continuous burning heat, critical heat flux and total heat release. Equipped with an explosion-proof control system, video recording module and 19° test frame, the instrument fully supports calibration and testing in compliance with ISO 5658-2 and ASTM E1321. All test records, images and reports can be exported and printed directly.
It is widely adopted by fire testing laboratories, material certification institutes, ship and transport equipment manufacturers, building material factories, interior decoration and marine material suppliers for flame propagation and fire hazard evaluation of vertical construction products, marine structural materials, interior panels and transport-related components.
We provide a 12-month warranty for the whole machine. Our overseas technical team offers remote online debugging, operation training and fault diagnosis.
