This all-in-one fire resistance test machine is engineered for fire protection fittings, covering fire valves, hose assemblies and plastic fire pipes. It complies with ISO 10497, ISO 19921, ISO 19922 and FTP II Res A753 standards. The system applies a standard flame to pressurized samples and then evaluates watertight performance after fire exposure.
Controlled by a LabVIEW system, the tester supports automatic data recording, temperature monitoring and report printing. By simply changing burners, a single unit can run all three standard test types. The stainless steel chamber is heat and corrosion resistant, and the burner position can be adjusted for different sample sizes. High-precision flow meters and thermocouples ensure stable and reliable test data.
The system monitors flame center temperature, water inlet terminal flame temperature and gasket inlet water temperature, and verifies the post-fire watertight integrity of fire safety components.
