This fire resistance test bench is a turnkey testing solution for fire protection fittings, developed to satisfy global fire safety certification requirements. It covers fire resistance testing of fire valves, fire hose assemblies and plastic fire pipes, complying with ISO 10497, ISO 19921, ISO 19922 and FTP II Res A 753. The equipment simulates real fire attack on pressurized fire fittings, monitors key thermal indicators during burning, and verifies watertight integrity after flame exposure.
Adopting a mature LabVIEW control platform, the system ensures stable operation, traceable test data and auditable test reports. With interchangeable burner modules, you do not need multiple separate test stations to complete different standard tests, which optimizes your laboratory layout and investment budget. The stainless steel chamber is built for long-term operation under high-temperature combustion environments. The adjustable burner installation structure supports flexible testing of various valve and hose specifications. All sensors and control components are selected for stable and repeatable test results required by certification bodies.
A full set of temperature records — including flame center temperature, inlet terminal temperature and gasket water temperature — plus the final watertightness assessment report of the tested fire fittings.
