A. Heating (hot forging, hot fitting and smelting):

fitting, precision mold fitting, hardware handle.
3. Compound pot bottom welding is mainly applicable to the braze welding of circular, square as well as other
irregular plain pot bottom. It is also applicable to plain braze welding of other metals.
D. Annealing (tempering and modulation):

Operating Principle
Induction heating equipment operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction. A high - frequency power
supply injects an alternating current into the induction coil. As the current surges through the coil, it generates
a pulsating magnetic field. When a conductive material, like a metal rod, is introduced into this magnetic field,
the constantly changing magnetic flux within the material induces an electromotive force. This electromotive
force, in turn, causes the formation of eddy currents within the metal. Due to the inherent resistance of the metal
to the flow of these eddy currents, the electrical energy carried by the eddy currents is transformed into heat
energy, leading to the heating of the metal rod for applications such as forging pre - heating.
