The ID120 Pipe Beveler is a rugged, fast, and portable ID-mounted beveling machine designed for precision weld end preparation on a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and high-chromium alloys. Ideal for use in industries such as power generation, petrochemical, shipbuilding, and boiler manufacturing, the ID120 handles pipe and tube sizes from 40 mm to 120 mm (1.57" to 4.72").
It supports beveling, counterboring, and J-prep operations with high efficiency. Featuring a cold cutting process, it avoids thermal effects and ensures excellent weld quality. The machine is lightweight, self-centering, and easy to operate. It offers three drive options—MT electric motor, Bosh electric motor, and pneumatic motor—providing flexibility for various job site conditions. With a 25 mm feed stroke and compatibility with pipe wall thicknesses up to 20 mm, the ID120 is an ideal solution for on-site pipe preparation.

IDB120 - Bosh Electric Motor Drive
Powered by a 1.0 kW (1.34 Hp) Bosh electric motor, 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz. Renowned for its durability and performance, this version delivers slightly higher power and is well-suited for workshop and industrial maintenance environments.
IDP120 - Pneumatic Motor Drive
Fitted with a 1.0 kW (1.34 Hp) air motor, requiring 1.3 m³/min @ 0.6 MPa of compressed air. The pneumatic drive is lightweight, spark-free, and perfect for use in explosive or hazardous areas, or where air supply is more accessible than electricity.
