The FI40 flange facing machine is a precision-engineered internally mounted machining system developed for efficient on-site flange repair and resurfacing. Covering flange diameters from 153 mm to 1000 mm, this portable flange machining tool restores damaged sealing faces directly in the field, eliminating costly flange removal or workshop machining.
Designed for industrial maintenance teams, the FI40 ensures accurate alignment, stable cutting performance, and repeatable surface finishes that comply with ASME B16.5 sealing standards. Six Adjustable Feed Rates: The integrated auto-feed mechanism provides six continuous feed settings, enabling accurate material removal and uniform gramophone-style surface finishes.
360-Degree Rotating Tool Holder: The fully adjustable tool post supports multi-angle machining, groove cutting, chamfering, and detailed flange restoration without repositioning the machine.
Modular and Portable Design: The compact frame allows quick assembly and disassembly for easy transport. The machine is supplied in a waterproof steel case for protection in demanding industrial environments.
Secure Internal Clamping System: Three interchangeable mounting bases allow rapid centering and strong internal clamping across various flange sizes and orientations, ensuring stable and concentric machining.
